Vice President of Business Development
Clinton is our fearless leader of the Two Oceans Digital team. From Senior Account Manager to Director of Sales and Marketing to his most recent role as V.P. of Business Development, Clinton has advanced as our agency has grown. He is always pursuing new ways to take our clients to the next level. No one gets more stoked than Clinton about new technologies or solutions that we can offer. At a digital conference, you will find him in the front row eagerly devouring the latest in digital possibilities.
Clinton graduated from Boston College with a degree in Political Science. Prior to Two Oceans Digital, he served as a Network Systems Consultant from 1997 to 2000 and was an Internet Consultant in Boston from 1995 to 1997.
When he’s not in front of a computer, you can find him with his “girls”. A proud father of two daughters, Clinton and his family are always on the move on the Island. Since 2011, he has coached his daughters’ softball and soccer teams, both sponsored by Two Oceans Digital. Clinton currently serves on the boards of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association, the Florida Keys Sanctuary Advisory Council, and the Key West Rotary Foundation.
Director of Destination Marketing
In 2009, Lauren joined Two Oceans Digital, became certified in Google AdWords and qualified the company to be the only Google Partner in the Florida Keys. She developed the Search Marketing department and managed it from 2009 to 2015. Today, as the Director of Destination Marketing, Lauren focuses on the Florida Keys & Key West account, fla-keys.com. She has helped lead the fla-keys.com site to be recognized in 2011 and 2015 as the leader in Florida for Web Design and Mobile Marketing.
Lauren graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Communications. In the digital space, she comes to the aid of clients who have a fear of writing. Lauren learns about what makes people/businesses/brands different and tells their stories via their web sites.
Lauren still spends plenty of time on Google. With a new baby boy, questions abound. These days, her Google searches include various forms of ‘how to keep baby from [insert household item]’, ‘babyproofing [insert room of house]’, ‘homemade [insert seasonal vegetable]’ baby food.
Since 2013, Lauren has served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Keys SPCA.
Director of Search Engine Marketing
Jeff earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Ithaca College in Voice and Sound Recording Technology. From there, he cut his teeth in marketing while working at a Chicago record label where he headed promotions for the label and its artists. And no, we won’t name drop. Let’s just say that Jeff has worked with an impressive list of musicians. This experience more than prepared him for any eccentricities of his Two Oceans Digital clients.
In 2013, Jeff joined the Two Oceans Digital team. Jeff easily transitioned from musical tracks to become our Chief Tracking Officer. In 2015, he became manager of the Search Engine Marketing department. Jeff is a Google AdWords Qualified Individual with specializations in Search and Display Advertising.
Also a Google Analytics Qualified Individual, Jeff has taken digital analytics to new heights. He can infer so much about your web site visitors, it’s scary. But what is even scarier is running a business and website without his insight. Without his analysis of your website and its performance, you are shooting in the dark. Jeff ties it all together and makes sense of how to maximize your website and return on investment.
And when he’s not generating and tracking traffic on your site, Jeff’s interests include computer programming, cats and going to bed at a sensible hour.

In 2009, Karrissa made an industry leap from managing a top Florida Keys vacation rental company to managing online marketing programs at Two Oceans Digital. She quickly found professional success as one of the leading digital sales and marketing account managers in South Florida. Passionate about the needs and goals of her clients, Karrissa has dedicated herself to helping business owners navigate and succeed in today’s fast-paced, ever-evolving digital world. From online advertising campaigns to mobile web design, Karrissa has worked with hundreds of customers in growing all aspects of their digital marketing programs.
When not at work, Karrissa can be found driving her RV around the Southeast Motocross Circuit with her son and visiting her daughter at Florida Atlantic University.
Senior Marketing Strategist
Kelli joined Two Oceans Digital in 2010 as an Inside Sales Assistant before advancing to Senior Marketing Strategist. In her five years with the agency, she has successfully led dozens of web site designs to the finish line, and she has launched and managed hundreds of ad campaigns. She understands how important it is that clients feel comfortable and know their digital marketing needs are in the right hands.
Originally from Indiana, Kelli graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. Kelli taught first grade before moving to Sarasota, Florida. She began her career in marketing at the Herald-Tribune Media Group as the Promotions and Event Marketing Coordinator. In her decade-long career with the New York Times-owned company, she advanced to Assistant to the Publisher.
In Key West, Kelli is right at home. One of her favorite modes of transportation is a turquoise bike perfect for rides around Old Town. She enjoys spinning and on weekends, you can catch her buckling a life jacket on her Miniature Australian Shepherd, Lola, before leaving the dock for a day of boating.
Senior Marketing Strategist
With more than a decade spent between Two Oceans Digital and managing her own social media/online marketing business, Shirley has the knowledge and experience to offer clients a well-rounded approach to digital marketing. In this time, she has led and managed hundreds of online marketing projects. Beyond just web site design, she builds clients fully integrated online marketing programs ensuring the essentials of social, search and design work together for a seamless digital experience.
Before joining Two Oceans Digital, Shirley enjoyed a sports communications/marketing career spanning more than 20 years. Her career highlights include serving as the Communications Director for the Florida Sports Foundation; Sports Information Project Manager for two Olympic Games (1996 Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games and Sydney 2000 for NBCOlympics.com); and the LPGA Tour (Ladies Professional Golf Association) as the Senior Producer of LPGA.com.
In the local business community, she currently serves on the Florida Keys Scenic Corridor Alliance Board, Islamorada Fishing and Conservation Trust Board, Plantation Key School Student Advisory Council and the Conch Scramble Board. She served on the Board of the Islamorada Chamber of Commerce for five years and was named Ambassador of the Year two years in a row.
When not on her computer, Shirley enjoys fishing, playing tennis and experiencing all the Florida Keys has to offer with her husband, backcountry fishing guide Captain Ted Wilson and their 8-year-old daughter, Ali Beth. The Wilson household is home to two dogs, two cats, two bunnies, two turtles, a pony and too many fish to count (but likely an even number).
In June of 2015, Jenny joined Two Oceans Digital. From her previous role in hospitality marketing, she brought extensive experience in SEO, Google AdWords, social media, blogging, and e-mail marketing. With a list of experience that mirrors the ‘Services’ page of this site, Jenny was a perfect fit for the Two Oceans Digital team.
Born and raised in Chicago, Jenny graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater with a B.B.A. in General Business. In Milwaukee, while working at a major Midwest retailer for nearly a decade, Jenny held positions in eCommerce, advertising and buying. When her husband had the opportunity to transfer to Key West, Jenny was more than eager to trade the cold weather for island living.
If you think you cover a lot of ground on a given day, just know that by the time Jenny sits down at her desk in the morning, she’s already run 3-5 miles. She’s primed and ready to take on the day. At local 5K races, you can catch Jenny striding by. These are a breeze compared to the four Chicago Marathons she’s run. Anyone who runs 26.2 miles for fun knows that achieving goals takes hard work, dedication and strategy.
While Jenny brings so much to the table, our favorite is her peanut butter balls, an instant hit and game changer in any meeting.
Marketing & Social Media Administrator
If you visit our office headquarters in Key West, the friendly, smiling face that will greet you is our Maja Williams. She joined Two Oceans Digital in September 2015. Originally from Croatia, Maja moved to Key West in 2010. She majored in Marketing and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Maja previously worked as a legal assistant. While her official title is now Marketing and Social Media Administrator, Maja wears many hats. She assists clients and the Marketing Strategists Team with web projects of all types, and she regularly reviews potential new business. She keeps the office running smoothly and finds new efficiencies, something we all need.
A volunteer at the Florida Keys SPCA and animal lover, Maja enjoys walking her dog, Zena. She lives for Sunday afternoons in which she and Zena meet up with a dozen foster dogs from the shelter for a big walk and trip to the swimming hole.
While cycling and jewelry making are common pastimes, few can say they paint coconuts as a side gig. But this is Key West – what did you expect? Maja has painted coconuts for two Key West retailers for years, and she regularly donates her artwork for charitable auction to the Florida Keys SPCA. Maja channels her creativity and brings new ideas and solutions to Two Oceans Digital every day.
